The Reality of Part-Time Building
I work a full-time job Wednesday through Saturday. CRAFT development happens on Sundays and Mondays. That constraint isn't a limitation—it's actually a proof point.
Having expert CRAFT skills means accomplishing in one day what might take others a full week. The framework gets tested in the most demanding condition possible: limited time with high expectations.
The Solo Advantage (and Challenge)
Being the only user of CRAFT for 48 projects has advantages. Every friction point hits me personally. Every improvement benefits me immediately. The feedback loop is instant.
The challenge? Perspective. When you're the only user, you can miss obvious problems because you've adapted to them. That's exactly why the Beta matters—fresh eyes on patterns I might be blind to.
What I'm Still Figuring Out
Here's what I honestly don't know yet:
→ How well do my patterns translate to different industries?
→ What complexity level is accessible without overwhelming new users?
→ Which features will matter most to people who aren't me?
These aren't weaknesses to hide. They're reasons why community input matters.
