13 Days: The Final Count Before CRAFT Beta Opens
SPECIAL SERIES :: THE CRAFT™️ PRE-BETA :: POST 12
Every Monday since December 1, I've published content about CRAFT—what it is, why it exists, how it works, and the journey that produced it. Today is the last Monday before Beta opens.
Eight weeks ago, I started sharing something I'd been building alone.
Every Monday since December 1, I've published content about CRAFT—what it is, why it exists, how it works, and the journey that produced it. Today is the last Monday before Beta opens.
In 13 days, on February 1, 2026, the CRAFT Framework stops being my solo project and becomes something we build together.
This is your last look before the door opens.
What These 8 Weeks Showed Me
Building in public is uncomfortable. Every week I've shared work that isn't finished, ideas that aren't polished, and a vision that's still forming. I've admitted limitations, acknowledged gaps, and been honest about what CRAFT can't do yet.
But something interesting happened: the people who resonated with that honesty are exactly the people I want in the Beta. They're not looking for a perfect product. They're looking for something real that they can help shape.
The Founding Chef Window
Everyone who joins during Beta becomes a Founding Chef. This isn't a limited-time marketing gimmick—it's recognition that the people who show up first have outsized influence on what CRAFT becomes.
The recipes contributed in the first months become the foundation. The feedback given early shapes the roadmap. The community culture established now determines what this space feels like for everyone who comes later.
That influence diminishes over time. Not because I'm artificially limiting it, but because that's how early communities work.
The Beta Legend Opportunity
A small number of exceptional contributors will earn Beta Legend status—free lifetime access to CRAFT, permanent recognition, and a place in the project's history that can never be purchased.
These aren't randomly assigned. They go to people who contribute recipes that help others, provide feedback that genuinely improves the framework, and help build a community worth being part of.
When Beta ends, so does this path. There's no premium tier that matches it later.
What You Actually Get
Let me be concrete about what Beta access includes:
The recipe library: 48 projects worth of battle-tested prompts, organized into cookbooks by function. These aren't theoretical templates—they're workflows I've used repeatedly in real work.
Documentation: Not just how to use recipes, but how to create your own. The methodology behind CRAFT, explained so you can extend it.
Community: Other AI power users who are tired of starting from zero. People who want structure without sacrificing flexibility.
Privacy by architecture: Your data stays on your infrastructure. No third-party AI processing your prompts. This isn't a feature—it's the foundation.
The Honest Reality
This is still a Beta. The documentation has gaps. Some features won't work perfectly. The community is being built from scratch.
If you want polished and complete, wait for the full release. I won't be offended.
But if you want to help build something while your input actually matters—while the wet cement is still setting—the window is these next 13 days and the Beta period that follows.
February 1, 2026
I've spent over 70 weeks building CRAFT alone, in stolen hours on Sundays and Mondays while working full-time in cybersecurity.
In 13 days, that changes.
